When he's not attending his sons' baseball games or enjoying quality time with his family, Chris is at the helm of McLean Pool and Spa. Since taking ownership nearly two years ago, he has brought a fresh vision to the company, focusing on streamlining operations and enhancing the customer experience. Seamlessly integrating into daily operations, Chris fosters a strong, unified team committed to delivering top-quality service. His dynamic leadership and passion for excellence continue to propel McLean Pool and Spa forward as a trusted name in the community.
Lindsay Miller
Director of OperationsLindsay is the driving force behind the company’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency and top-tier customer service. A Northern Virginia native, she has a deep connection to the community and a passion for building strong relationships with customers. With a background in administration and accounting, Lindsay brings organization and expertise to every interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing by the water, and diving into the latest thrillers. Her dedication and experience make her an invaluable part of the McLean Pool and Spa team.
Morgan Jones
Director of Field OperationsMorgan Jones brings more than 12 years of experience and a strong commitment to exceptional service. As a longtime resident, he has a deep connection to the community and takes pride in serving his neighbors. Outside of work, Morgan is an avid animal lover and BBQ enthusiast who enjoys spending time outdoors. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction mean your pool is always in great hands.
Kelly Lobue
Office Manager/Marketing SpecialistKelly is a recent graduate of James Madison University and a Northern Virginia native. She joined the McLean Pool team in May 2025 and has seamlessly integrated into her role. Kelly leads our marketing efforts, manages McLean Pool’s social media platforms, and produces our quarterly newsletters, creating an exciting and effective line of communication with new and prospective customers. She is also an invaluable part of our day-to-day office operations, providing support to Chris, Lindsay, Morgan, and Kevin. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
Kevin Swartz
Manager of Field OperationsWith over 10 years of experience at McLean Pool & Spa, Kevin Swartz is our resident chemical guru, known for his meticulous attention to detail and deep knowledge of water chemistry. Kevin has recently stepped into the role of Field Service Manager, working alongside Morgan to deliver unmatched quality service to our customers. He has seamlessly taken on this leadership role, helping to manage our field services and support our technicians with efficiency and expertise. A local native, Kevin combines his passion for pools with his love for grilling and BBQ, making him an essential part of both our team and our community.

Outside of work, Eber resides in Herndon with his wife and two kids, where they enjoy family time together. Jamar Jefferies
Master Pool TechnicianJamar Jefferies brings over 20 years of deep, hands-on pool experience to McLean Pool and Spa. As a Master Pool Technician, he specializes in pool and spa chemistry, diagnostics, and repairs—truly a “can fix anything” pool pro with knowledge that spans every aspect of pool care. A native of the DMV, Jamar recently returned to the area after spending several years in Florida, where he maintained pools year-round and sharpened his expertise in high-demand conditions. His experience, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills make him a trusted resource for both routine service and complex repairs. Outside of work, Jamar enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, and cheering on the Washington Commanders.

Lead Pool TechnicianDonte McClellan is a Lead Pool Technician with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the pool industry. Donte’s attention to detail and consistent approach make him a trusted technician for maintaining both routine service and addressing on-the-spot issues before they become bigger problems.
